Your Recruiting Process

In this session we discussed the importance of analysing your recruiting process and documenting all of the steps involved.

The next step was to explore the exercise of writing down recurring tasks abs cherry picking the things you enjoy and the tasks that you would like to try and find a way to automate or delegate or outsource.

We discuss video interviews, LinkedIn Helper 2 along with other LinkedIn campaign/automation tools.

We also touch on SMS as a form of communication to reach your candidates.

We touch on the importance of following up on LinkedIn and discuss manual response vs automated response to that.

VPN and also how your VA accesses members’ LinkedIn accounts was also debated
