Meet Bob Kondal

Bob Kondal is the Founder and Managing Director of Melrose Partners, a London based search firm specialising in Private Equity (PE), Hedge Fund and IBD recruitment. A headhunter with over 15 years experience in financial markets, Bob has a track record of delivering excellent results for both clients and individuals.

Bob was referred to me by a former colleague of his from Huxley Associates (S3 Group). Why does someone who’s already hugely successful hire a coach?  Quite simply, he wanted an external sounding board, greater accountability, and a fresh perspective.​
