The team touched on D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) and how this is going to become more prominent in companies more than ever.

The team then went on to discuss on how to sell retained search, and how to get paid upfront. There were some fantastic ideas and brainstorming surrounding the questions/approach that would allow the client to vocalise/identify their problems and pain points, and equally leading to securing new business.

Taking the focus off price and re-focusing on the deliverables and outcome.

Hearing stories and scenarios from the group allowed everyone to learn a great deal yesterday, and there were several take-aways.
