How to gain insights from your clients and increase deliverability of messages
Mark and the group discussed the shift that needs to happen in your mindset and reiterating/re-emphasising the importance of tapping into your client’s mindset too.There is no doubt that Covid-19 has turned YOUR world upside down, but we need to start thinking about your client’s world too, their reality and how Covid-19 has affected them.
Therefore, you need to ensure your LinkedIn outreach messaging to them is NOT ABOUT YOU, but about THEM, giving them the desire to want to open, reply, click etc. and really resonating with them. It stems back to the ideal client avatar exercise – truly understanding your client’s pain points (and you may have to revisit and complete this exercise, as these would have changed dramatically in the last 5 months).
