Session Highlights

In this session, Mark explained the new Sherpa Calls format (Pillar calls) that will take place moving forward. Group members shared questions and clarifications on the new format. A round table on topics was also conducted, on which one highlight is the volume versus the quality of emails to be sent on an email campaign to increase the response rate.
