Candidate Generation Ideas
Description:
In this session we brainstormed the most successful source of candidates for the members on the call. We also had an open discussion surrounding various constraints in the process of sourcing candidates. We touch on the importance of understanding your candidate’s pain points, and ensuring that you are always revisiting this. The group then discuss techniques of their approach when approaching and pitching to a candidate. Mark shares his screen with a thorough and detailed recruiting process, and the significance of visually seeing your process of sourcing candidates. Towards the end of the session we discuss member approaches to selling the job vs selling the conversation.
